Cop finds diamond ring motorist lost while changing tire

PARAMUS - When her car developed a flat tire on Route 4 Sunday, Kimberly Garcia didn't call AAA. Instead, she pulled over and did the dirty job of changing the tire herself. Somewhere during the process, however, she lost her diamond engagement ring.
