Radio 103.9 served the community during Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend 2017!


Radio 103.9 joined a number of organizations all throughout Martin Luther King Jr. weekend and assisted in serving the community!

January 14th


We visited Morningside Park with ConSERVE NYC and mobilized the next generation of community stewards to help restore public lands. If you wish to volunteer with ConSERVE NYC visit their website here!

January 15th

We served with Hunger Free America, formerly the New York City Coalition Against Hunger a movement in all 50 states to enact the policies and programs necessary to end domestic hunger and ensure that all Americans have sufficient access to nutritious food. January 16th

We partnered with New York Cares and their partner agency PS 194 M. “Why Do You Serve?” guided the day as we engaged in a number of different tasks with the goal of building and strengthening the community.
